Ford and Cindy Bartholow have been coming to Palmetto Bluff since 2006 and bought their lot in 2011. They became permanent residents in 2017. Cindy is a physician and practiced medicine in the Chicago-area for almost 30 years. Ford started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago, and moved into private equity investing in the early 1990s.
Rick and Judy Cedrone purchased a lot in South Wilson in 2015, after two hurricanes and two years of building permanently settled in on Palmetto Bluff. Rick founded and continues to manage TriStar Plastics Corp. as the CEO for forty years, a national based plastics manufacturing company.
With the privilege of serving three years on the Palmetto Bluff Advisory Board, he has gained a deep appreciation of the inner workings of Palmetto Buff.
Arian and Don Ellis purchased property in 2018 after visiting from Nashville for several years. They became part of our Palmetto Bluff community in 2020. Don is retired from investment banking where he spent 25 years primarily in San Francisco as a Partner and Managing Director in the biotech sector. Originally from Tennessee, Arian is a Senior Director at Nevro, a medical device company also located in the Bay Area. Arian and Don have three children, one four-legged hairy child, and two grand pups.
Graz and Brenda Graziano have been property owners on the Bluff since 2016 and have resided here full time since 2019. Graz completed a 24-year career as a US Army officer in 2001. His assignments included commanding Army units in combat zones. During his tenure as an Army officer, he was also responsible for the operations of several Army communities.
After his retirement from the US Army, Graz became an executive with General Dynamics Corporation where he continues to contribute today. Graz has been married to Brenda Graziano, his High School sweetheart for 44 years. They have 3 sons, all of which have been commissioned Army officers with multiple combat tours of duty. They have 5 grandchildren. Graz also served on the Palmetto Bluff Advisory Committee.
Harry and Kimi Haslam purchased a house in the village in 2004. Subsequently they bought a lot in South Wilson and became permanent residents in 2017. Harry is retried from Hancock Askew & Company, CPAs, a regional accounting firm based in Savannah Georgia. He was managing partner for the twenty years before his retirement. Kimi and Harry have five children and ten grandchildren.
Jeanne and Bob Morette became PB property owners in 2015 and relocated here full time in 2019. Bob spent 17 years with The Boston Consulting Group, then helped run a leading investment firm from 2000-2005. He rejoined consulting with Bain & Company in 2005 as a senior partner. He remains a part time Advisory Partner with Bain, is a director of GuideOne Insurance and is a Trustee of Fort Ticonderoga. Formerly, he was a director of SAC Re and has served on advisory boards at The Northern Trust and FRM. Jeanne and Bob have four children and two grand dogs who love visiting Palmetto Bluff.
