Dear Palmetto Bluff Neighborhood Association Member,

Some of you may have heard about a complaint involving Palmetto Bluff filed on April 12, 2022 in Beaufort County Court against several defendants including South Street Partners by officials representing some short-term rental owners. At this link is the publicly available document from the Beaufort County Court House that lays out the complaint.  ( PDF Here)
