We would like to follow up on our recent newsletter. The community Chinwag, originally scheduled for December 5th from 4 to 6 PM, will now take place at Cole's Game Room. Please note that Cole's restaurant opens at 5 PM, which will allow us to order drinks while continuing our Chinwag in the game room.

Additionally, the PBNA has recently discovered that no homeowner is allowed to use POA property without completing an authorization form, obtaining management approval, and paying the required site fee. The fees are as follows: Village Green ($2,000), Moreland Amphitheater ($300), Canteen Courtyard ($300), Moreland Fire Pit ($500), and South Wilson Park ($200).

We encourage everyone to email management to express their objections to these site fees and the complicated process involved.
