Following up on our earlier email, we would like to clarify that the Pioneer property (formerly Walcam) borders Myrtle Ford Road, not Myrtle View Road.

Please note that Beaufort County has renamed this area "New Riverside Forest" in its agenda packet, which may cause some confusion. Most of the acreage is identified by PIN R614 045 000 0019 0000 and is located within the gates of Palmetto Bluff.
